Review: Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation

Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation & Marykay Timewise
SHADE: 60 Caramel

Getting the right foundation for my skin has always been a problem for me, it’s been either fake products which I talked about on this post or the products don’t meet my needs. I hade to make an intense search online and found a video from a makeup blogger who mentioned that the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse was her favorite foundation for oily skin. I eventually got this foundation and here is a review of my experience using it.

The Company Information & Promises
 SPF 15
• Matte Perfect Foundation
• Light Weight Feel

My Experiences
Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse is a light weight foundation with a light to medium coverage
• It blends in easily easily and smoothly.
• It gives a matte finish but lasted for only about 2-3 hours for me so I had to repowder throughout the day.
• It had white undertones after I apply it and I had to buy the Mary Kay Timewise to blend with it whenever I use.
• I couldn’t wear it on hot or sunny days.

In Conclusion: I would recommend this foundation for people with normal to combination skin. It’s a no from me if you have oily skin so I won’t repurchase it but since experiences are relative, you can give it a try if you want to.

You can get Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation for 3800 - 4200 naira depending on your location.

A New Chapter Of My Life

It's the first day of May and I want to say that I am really grateful about how good 2018 has been to me so far, being alive, my friends, the health of my family and I want to also use this opportunity to wish you all a very successful month full of accomplishments. 🍾 So y'all...... I got a new job with a popular radio station as a music editor and I'm really ecstatic. It's been a different experience, changing my environment, having the opportunity to meet new, smart people and celebrities, emphasis on "celebrities" this in particular has been wonderfuuuuul. 😎 It's one thing to get a job and its another to get a job you love! Me, I got both and everyday I am thankful to God for such grace and favour, it wasn't easy, I cried myself to sleep and went on my knees asking what I wasn't doing right and why my friends were getting jobs before me. Thank God it's over now and I look forward to making the most of this experience and milk ever

Review: L.A Girl Mattifying Liquid Foundation & Maybelline New York Fit Me Foundation

I HAVE BEEN AWAY for soooo long and it was unintentional..... life happened but it's great to be writing again. So I'm going to do something different by reviewing 2 different foundations at a time; L.A. Girl mattifying foundation and maybelline new york fit me foundation. It has been a challenge for me to find a good foundation because of my super oily skin and most times I end up with either fake products or foundations that are not suitable for my skin type. I initially used a water based foundation which is actually not compatible with nigerian sun and in my desperate need to get another one and without research I bought the L.A Girl tube packaged foundation which the seller swore was matte and would be good on me 😩 Guys, after a month of usage, I did my research and finally got the maybelline fit me and I will be reviewing it too on this post. So leggo! L.A. Girl Mattifing Foundation  607 Company Promises 100% Natural Wear Waterproof Oil Control
